Our weekly meeting was held at Rotary Park, in Souderton, and we were pleased to welcome Dan and Josh Ruch of Didden's Greenhouses in Hatfield.
As a fourth-generation family business, Didden's Greenhouses has built a strong reputation not only for quality plants and gardening expertise but also for its commitment to people. Father-and-son team Dan and Josh shared the rich history of the business and spoke passionately about the culture they have intentionally placed at the center of their organization.

Their presentation highlighted the importance of creating a workplace where employees feel valued, customers are treated like family, and relationships are cultivated just as carefully as the plants they grow. Their focus on teamwork, service, and community engagement resonated strongly with Rotary Members.

In addition to discussing their business philosophy, Dan and Josh generously shared their gardening knowledge and answered a variety of questions from members. From planting tips to maintaining healthy gardens throughout the season, attendees appreciated the practical advice and expertise they provided.

Our club thanks Dan and Josh for sharing their time, experience, and insights. Their dedication to building a thriving family business while fostering a positive culture serves as an inspiring example of leadership and community stewardship.
